Terms of Service
Effective January 1, 2025, these terms govern use of the services, digital offerings, and products provided by TaxLoria at taxloria.com.
1. Acceptance
By accessing taxloria.com and purchasing from TaxLoria, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Scope of Offerings
2.1 Corporate Tax Planning Services
TaxLoria provides advisory and reporting support for corporate tax obligations. This includes analysis, document preparation, and regulatory submissions.
2.2 Digital Information Products
Digital courses and guides on corporate taxation are delivered electronically via download or stream.
2.3 Physical Products
Printed manuals and reference kits are shipped to your address.
3. Refund Policy
TaxLoria aims for client satisfaction. Refund rights vary by offering type as detailed below.
3.1 Corporate Tax Planning Services
Cancel within 14 days of purchase before any deliverable has been provided for a full refund. Requests must be sent via our contact form. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. Service bookings may be transferred to another date or representative without penalty if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start.
3.2 Digital Information Products
Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the digital content has not been downloaded or streamed. Once access begins, no refund is possible.
3.3 Physical Products
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to an error by TaxLoria. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned item.
3.4 Non-Refundable Services
Certain custom filing and representation services become non-refundable once submission to authorities has occurred due to administrative and compliance commitments. Such services will be clearly marked as non-refundable prior to purchase.
4. Transfer and Rescheduling
Service appointments can be rescheduled or transferred to another client or date with at least 48 hours notice via the contact form. No fee applies to one transfer per service booking.
